一、问好语

Greeting

五、结束敬语&签名档

这儿留心,只需首字母大写就可以了,不必悉数大写哈!

在北美很少人会用 Regards, Best regards,因为不是很正式,Sincerely是最保存平安的用法!

签名档要跟着结束敬语后边:

其他加分项:

1、联接词的运用

快扔掉BTW吧,在一个邮件里说起另外一件作业,你可以用in addition to/additionally/furthermore

2、多运用被逼语态

邮件或许正式的文件里,被逼语态会显得更专业。比方需要某样东西,把I need xxx改成xxx is required.是不是看上去专业多了?

还有一个比方可以省掉主语,把语句规划改成It is+动词,比方It is proposed that/It is confirmed that…
