As the universities are not open to the general public, test centers inside the universities are still unable to run IELTS test.

Under this circumstance, decisions have been made in consultation with the British Council to CANCEL all June IELTS tests at all test centers throughout the mainland of China and return full test fees to personal registration accounts of affected test takers.
